Finish Strong Foundation in Memory of Mike Tanner Sand Volleyball Tournament

At the beginning of August, we were able to sponsor t-shirts for a local charity’s sand volleyball tournament! Our missions go hand-in-hand and we can’t imagine a better foundation to donate our resources to. If you want to learn more about what the Finish Strong Foundation does or donate, we have linked their website below!

NOAH CAMACHO

NOAH CAMACHO, for his Eagle Scout Project, undertook to install three 35-foot flagpoles at his school. NORTHLAND INJURY LAW contributed $1,000 towards his project.

Chiefs Ticket Giveaways

Our Chiefs ticket giveaways were a lot of fun! We gave away two sets of tickets with parking pass included, as a way to show appreciation to our clients. The winners of the Bills game got quite a treat!

Parkinson’s Moving Day – Stew’s Crew

We recently settled a car accident case for our client, Brian Stewart. Getting to know Brian, we learned he has Parkinson’s disease, and a lot about how it affects him. For several years now, he has participated in the Parkinson’s Foundation fundraiser “Moving Day,” which is a walk to bring awareness to Parkinson’s and raise money for improved care and research.

When we learned Brian had formed the “Stew’s Crew” team to walk and raise money in the Kansas City Moving Day, we wanted to help! Northland Injury Law made a total donation to his team of just over $4,300, helping Brian’s crew raise almost $26,000!

Lunches Provided

Thank you to the Healthcare Heroes at the Liberty Hospital Foundation for all that you do for our community! To show our appreciation to all the staff, we provided a coffee bar from Espresso ah la Cart.

We provided lunch from Hawaiian Bros Island Grill to our friends at North Kansas City Hospital Emergency Department Staff. Thank you for all that you do for our community! We appreciate you!

We provided lunch from Longboards for our friends at Children’s Mercy Northland Urgent Care to show our appreciation for all the hard work they do! They worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic and continue to do so.

Gower Days

We always enjoy being a part of the communities we serve. We were a proud Platinum Sponsor of the Gower Days Festival 2022. The 48th annual Gower Days was held July 8-10 at the Gower City Park. They work hard to bring in local vendors and talent to show off the vibe of the Gower community. They strive to show diversity and culture in small town Missouri. The festival celebrates what makes small town life so special. We also were a sponsor at the Gower Car Show.

Opal Wapoo Gravel Grinder

The Opal Wapoo Gravel Grinder is an annual bike race that starts and finishes in the middle of the Waterfest. Known as the largest festival of the year, Waterfest fills downtown Excelsior Springs with thousands of guests in a two-day celebration of the city’s mineral water heritage. This year we provided cowbells to ring on the finishers of the bike race. We always enjoy being a part of the many different communities where we have friends and people we serve.

Soar Camp

Every summer SOAR Special Needs offers a week-long SOAR Special Needs Summer Day Camp open for all individuals with special needs ages 3 years and older. We were proud to sponsor this event!
